Home service

The home service gives housebound people an opportunity to borrow items from the library. Items will be delivered to the homes of thoseTallinn residents who have health issues that impede their ability to visit the library on their own.

Books will be delivered to the home service customer once a month. Up to 30 books may be borrowed at one time. It is possible to borrow books from the Department of Literature in Estonian, the Department of Literature in Foreign Languages and from the homelendable collection of the Music and Film Hall (books, magazines, CD-s, DVD-s etc). The library will ensure that the order will be processed and delivered in a way that is compatible with the coronavirus safe conduct procedures and the recommendations of the Health Board of the Republic of Estonia.

Items may be searched for in the e-catalogue ESTER. You may also ask for information by calling or e-mailing a librarian.
